Blue Collar Training Grant - view instructions
The Blue Collar Training funds are available to help Delaware businesses provide customized training programs to upgrade and/or retrain their employees and provide financial assistance to full time employees. Governor's Workforce Development Grant - Delaware High Education Commission:

The Governor's Workforce Development Grant provides yearly grants up to $2,000 to qualified individuals, who are employed part-time to participate in a part-time undergraduate study. Visit the website for qualifications, income limits, full-time employees eligibility and accepting colleges.

State Employees Job Training Program

Delaware Technical & Community College is offering tuition-free classes to State of Delaware employees, pay grades 1-10, for the Fall & Spring Semesters. These classes are funded by the Blue Collar Jobs Training Act, which is administered by the Office of Management & Budget. All Delaware Tech credit courses are covered by the Blue Collar Tuition Program. All courses can be accessed at www.dtcc.edu.
