AAA HQAAA Headquarters: DEDO's program assisted in the revitalization of two acres of former industrial land on the Wilmington Riverfront. Located in the historic shipbuilding district on Wilmington's Riverfront, this headquarters building is a six story, 155,000 square foot facility and AAA is projecting employment at 450 people.

Christina LandingChristina Landing: The Brownfield Assistance Program helped with the costs associated with the redevelopment of eight acres of land on the Wilmington Riverfront that had a long history of dumping of commercial and industrial wastes. The future of this formerly distressed property has now brightened, as it becomes transformed into serviceable and productive land. The site, located in the 200 block of A Street in Wilmington, will have 63 luxury townhouses, 273 upscale apartment units and 280 space parking garage.

Buccini-Pollin HQBuccini-Pollin Headquarters: Partnering with City of Wilmington, the Program contributed to the redevelopment of this property at 322 A Street in Wilmington. Buccini-Pollin is a commercial real estate development company that has been playing a major role in the revitalization of the City. The property will become a 35,000 square foot office building with an attached 65,000 square foot warehouse that will serve as Buccini-Pollin's headquarters.
